Upload Static Evidence

Overview Overview

Static evidence refers to the components of a representment letter that remain consistent across all chargebacks, regardless of the reason code. These materials are embedded into your dispute letter templates to maintain brand accuracy and support dispute credibility.

Once submitted, Forter will incorporate these assets into your template automatically. Please follow the formatting requirements below to ensure proper rendering and successful submission.

If you have a covered model segment only, just the merchant description and merchant logo are required.

If you operate multiple brands or storefronts, please submit static evidence for each brand separately, using the file naming convention fileName_brandName.txt
