If you're currently using Shopify Payments as your payment provider for your Shopify Store, the Forter Shopify plugin will automatically retrieve your claims and disputes data.

If you are leveraging Forter's Chargeback Recovery or coverage services, you will also need to add your Shopify Credentials.

Other Payment Processors Other Payment Processors

For all other payment processors, be sure to set up additional webhooks or API notifications in order to share Dispute Notifications notifications with Forter.
