Forter's Shopify plugin can support multiple payment methods such as installment services and digital wallets, as well as payment processors including Shopify's Shoppay, Shopify payments, Adyen, Stripe, and Braintree. However, there may be limitations to the payment data available from other processors or payment methods that prevent Forter's Shopify plugin from receiving the payment or order details that are necessary for our model's accuracy. Supported processors and payment methods are listed below:

The following Payment Processors and Gateways are supported by Forter's Shopify Plugin. If you are using a processor that is not on this list, please contact your Forter Solutions Consultant or Implementations team member and provide the raw Transaction Object data for your Forter team to assess compatibility.

• Shopify Payments (including ShopPay) - Forter's Shopify app will automatically receive dispute events. A supplementary integration with Shopify is required to support Chargeback Recovery

If you are using a supported processor that does NOT have a Dispute webhook, please see our options for using the Forter Dispute API. You can also provide a recurring CSV to your S3 or use the Forter portal Transactions UI to provide transaction Dispute Data to Forter.

Note: Forter's Shopify app currently supports one paypal account per Shopify store. If you're a merchant using Shopify Markets or multiple payment accounts to accommodate different currencies in the same store, you will need to select only one PayPal account. Please reach out to Forter's support team if you have any questions.
