As part of listen mode, we'll ask you to provide examples of all order sources and order types that make up your total order portfolio. This can include recurring monthly subscription orders, Point-of-Sale (POS) orders, third-party imported orders, and call center orders. Please review the categories below and provide Forter with example orders for any/all applicable order types and payment flows.

If you offer recurring subscriptions where customers are billed on a recurring cadence (monthly, weekly, etc), please provide example order IDs for the following:

- Initial subscription order
- Recurring (second, third, etc) subscription order

Common subscription services include **Recharge** or **Loop Commerce.**

Please also provide your Forter team with information around any batch renewals and the frequency of subscription billing. For instance, if all subscriptions renew on the 15th of each month, this should be relayed to Forter so that Forter can set up the appropriate scaling and API request handling on their side.

If your store uses a call center to take customer orders, uses in-store tablets to place orders on behalf of customer, or accepts draft orders, please provide examples. Common flows include:

- Shopify Draft Orders
- Customer orders that originate from a call center
- Wholesale orders
- In-Store orders (during pop-up events, for back-ordering, etc)

**Note -** While you may not require Forter decisions for these order segments, it is important for the Forter team to review these examples as they will need to be identified correctly in order to be excluded from evaluation.

If you have a native mobile app that accompanies your Shopify store, please provide example orders.

This would include apps that may redirect to the Shopify checkout page to complete the transaction or mobile orders from a third-party provider that are batch uploaded to the Shopify backend.

If you use a fulfillment and return platform like **Loop Commerce** or **Returnly** where a new order is created when a customer exchanges or returns an order, please provide example order IDs.

If you offer flows where customers receive a supplementary gift in the form of a separate order, please provide a sample order ID and the sample supplementary gift order ID.

Please provide sample order IDs for any other order types or traffic that may not be listed. This may include order types like:

- Orders imported from a third-party system and sent directly to Shopify's orders API
- Employee Orders
- Redirect Orders - orders initiated from the Shopify Shop app or other third-party apps
