### What is IMPACT Europe?
Forter’s IMPACT Europe Conference creates the space digital commerce leaders have been asking for — a forum to connect, share best practices and hear how peers build great experiences across the customer journey.

## Registration Information

### What is included in the IMPACT Europe Full Conference pass?
With the Full Conference pass, you will get access to all sessions, networking opportunities, breakfast, lunch and refreshments throughout the day.

### How do I get a receipt for the Full Conference pass?
When you register, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address on file. If you did not receive or cannot locate the email, please contact [impact@forter.com](mailto:impact@forter.com).

### How do I share any of my dietary needs or restrictions?
When you register, you will be asked to include any dietary needs or restrictions you have.

### What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [impact@forter.com](mailto:impact@forter.com) by 11:59 PM (GMT) on Friday, 31 October 2025, to be eligible for a full refund, less a processing fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after 11:59 PM (GMT) on 1 November 2025.

### Can I transfer my Full Conference pass to a colleague?
Yes, you can transfer your Full Conference pass to another person within your organisation. Transfer request must be sent to [impact@forter.com](mailto:impact@forter.com).
