What is IMPACT?

Forter’s IMPACT Conference creates the space digital commerce leaders have been asking for — a forum to connect, share best practices and hear how peers build great experiences across the customer journey.

When and where will IMPACT take place?

IMPACT will take place on Wednesday, October 14, 2026 at Spring Studios (50 Varick St, New York, NY 10013)

Who should attend IMPACT?

IMPACT attendees include merchants from around the globe representing the biggest names in apparel, beauty, digital services, food & beverage, hospitality, travel, and more. Key roles include digital, eCommerce, finance, fraud, operations, product and risk management.

Registration Information

What is included in the IMPACT Full Conference pass?

With the Full Conference pass, you will get access to all main stage sessions, networking opportunities, the evening reception, breakfast, lunch and refreshments throughout the day.

How do I get a receipt for the Full Conference pass?

When you register, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address on file. If you did not receive or cannot locate the email, please contact impact@forter.com

How do I share any of my dietary needs or restrictions?

When you register, you will be asked to include any dietary needs or restrictions you have.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to impact@forter.com by 11:59 PM (EST) on Monday, October 12, 2025, to be eligible for a full refund, less a processing fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after 11:59 PM (EST) on October 12, 2026.

Can I transfer my Full Conference pass to a colleague?

Yes, you can transfer your Full Conference pass to another person within your organization. Transfer request must be sent to impact@forter.com

Is there a hotel block for IMPACT?

A discounted room rate is available at the AMTD Idea Tribeca Hotel, a short 1-minute walk from the venue. You can book your room here. Inventory is limited.
