Forterでの働き方をご紹介します
Forter 週間
毎年1回（安全な時）、全社員が1つの場所（コモ湖、リスボンなど）に集まり、足並みを揃えて学び、祝います。
週の稼働は4.5日
業務上にもフレッシュで居続けるには、仕事から離れる時間が重要です。イスラエルでは、社員は第二日曜日を休日とし、他の国では、金曜日は午後1時終業としています。
リモートワーク推奨
Forterはグローバルな組織なので、料理教室、ヨガ、トレーニング、毎月のオールハンドなどを通じて、バーチャルにつながる機会を作っています。
