**flaschenpost,** a pioneer in the on-demand food and beverage delivery industry, has shaken up  
how Germans receive their favorite groceries and drinks. With a promise of delivery within 120  
minutes, flaschenpost’s efficient routing algorithm and optimized logistics have stirred up a new  
standard in convenience.

However, rapid growth brought its own set of challenges. flaschenpost’s previous manual, rulebased fraud solution consumed significant internal resources. The biggest hurdle was managing  
fraud, particularly with SEPA Direct Debit transactions, a popular payment method in Germany.
